ITINERARY (Based on Tea House Trek)

Day 01: Kathmandu/Lukla (2,840m)
Fly to Lukla, Lunch, visit to Nicole Nikki-Pasang Lhamu Hospital and overnight in ESL.

Day 02: Lukla/Monjo (2,835m), 5-6 hrs treks
Trek to Monjo and overnight in ESL, lunch in Phakding in the way.

Day 03: Monjo/Tshinga (3,440m), 6-7 hrs treks
Trek to Namche Bazzar and lunch. Again trek to Tshinga and overnight in ESL.

Day 04: Tshinga/Tyangboche (3,860m) / Tshinga back, 6-7 hrs trek
Trek to Tyangboche and visit Monastery. Lunch and trek back to Tshinga for overnight.

Day 05: Tshinga/Mende (3,840m), 6-7 hrs treks
Trek to Syangboche via Khumjung and lunch. Again trek to Mende and overnight in ESL.

Day 06: Mende/Thame (3,820m) / Mende back, 6-7 hrs treks
Trek to Thame and visit to Monestery. Lunch and trek back to Mende for overnight.

Day 07: Mende/Monjo, 6-7 hrs treks
Trek back to Namche and lunch. After lunch trek down to Monjo and overnight in ESL.

Day 08: Monjo/Lukla, 5-6 hrs treks
Trek back to Lukla, Dinner and overnight stay in ESL. Lunch in Thadokoshi on the way to Lukla.

Day 09: Lukla/Kathmandu
Early Breakfast, Airport Check-in and fly back to Kathmandu, airport pick-up & transfer to hotel.

COST

USD 1400 nett per person with minimum 02 pax.

COST INCLUDES

1. Arrival & departure transfer (domestic airport in Kathmandu).
2. Eight nights & Nine days ESL lodge trek in full board basis including guide, porter, airport transfer, etc.
3. Trek conservation fee, local tax & trek transfer.
4. Airfare for the sector Kathmandu/Lukla/Kathmandu (subject to change if revised).
5. Domestic airport departure tax (subject to change if revised).

COST EXCLUDES

1. Any kind of insurance.
2. Hotel accommodation and meals in Kathmandu.
3. Services not mentioned in above program and cost.
